Job Description – Telesales Executive (Health Insurance)
Department: Sales / Telecalling
Experience: Fresher to 4 years in Telecalling
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Dwarka mor
Shift: 9.30am to 6.30pm
Salary: ₹13,500 to 16600 + Incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads.
- Understand customers’ healthcare and insurance requirements.
- Explain health insurance plans, benefits, coverage, exclusions, and premiums clearly.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Fresher candidates with good communication skills can apply.
