Victory Financial Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Outbound Telecallers to join our growing team!
💼 Position: Telecaller – Outbound
💰 Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹22,000 + Incentives
📍 Location: Noida Sector 18
🕙 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
📅 Working Days: 6 Days | Sunday Off
🎓 Qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate
👩💼 Experience: 0–2 Years | Freshers can apply
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential customers
* Explain loan products and services clearly
* Follow up with interested customers
* Maintain daily calling & follow-up records
* Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets
* Coordinate with the sales team for further processing
* Maintain customer information with confidentiality
