Position SummaryThe Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, conducting product enquiries, building customer relationships, and converting leads into sales. This is a customer-facing role focused on promoting Ariya Decor's home décor products including melamine items and gift baskets. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, persistence, and a sales-oriented mindset.

Melamine products (crockery, serveware, decorative items)

Gift baskets and hampers

Customized home décor solutions

Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calling & Lead GenerationMake targeted outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lists

Introduce Ariya Decor's home décor products (melamine and gift baskets)

Generate qualified leads from cold calls and customer referrals

Achieve daily/weekly call targets and lead conversion goals

Customer Enquiries & Product InformationAnswer customer queries about product features, pricing, and availability

Provide product recommendations based on customer requirements

Share brochures, catalogs, and product images via email or WhatsApp

Explain product benefits and customize solutions for bulk orders

Lead Qualification & Follow-upAssess customer needs and qualify hot leads for the sales team

Follow up with interested customers on regular intervals

Convert prospects into paying customers by addressing objections

Close small orders directly or handoff to Account Executive for larger deals

Database & ReportingUpdate CRM with call logs, customer feedback, and lead status

Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-up dates

Submit daily/weekly reports on calls made, leads generated, and sales closed

Identify trends and provide feedback to management on customer preferences

Customer Relationship BuildingBuild and maintain professional relationships with customers

Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally

Encourage repeat orders and customer referrals

Required QualificationsEducationSenior Secondary (10+2) or higher qualification

Experience0–2 years of experience as a Telecaller, BDO, or Sales Support role

Experience in home décor, gift items, or retail sales – preferred

Communication SkillsFluent in English and Hindi (verbal and written)

Clear, professional telephone voice and speech

Ability to communicate product benefits persuasively

Technical SkillsBasic MS Excel and Word proficiency

Comfortable with CRM/Dialer software (training provided)

Proficient with WhatsApp, email, and mobile communication tools

Soft SkillsSales-oriented mindset and result-driven approach

Excellent listening and active listening skills

Ability to handle rejection and maintain positive attitude

Problem-solving and objection-handling capabilities

Patience, persistence, and willingness to learn

Working ConditionsLocation:

Ariya Decor Private Limited Office, C-601, Third Floor, Sarswati Vihar, Rohini, Pitampura, Delhi-110034

Work Mode:

In-office (Monday to saturday)

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with 30 min lunch break)

Call Requirements:

Minimum 100-200 calls per day (as per team targets)

Minimal (occasional customer meetings or office events)
