About Aksa AyurvedaAksa Ayurveda is dedicated to providing natural and effective Ayurvedic healthcare solutions. We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives to help patients understand our treatment programs and guide them through their healthcare journey.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall potential leads and explain Aksa Ayurveda's treatment plans.
• Understand patients' health concerns and recommend suitable consultation options.
• Convert inquiries into paid consultations/treatment packages.
• Follow up with interested patients and maintain regular communication.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Update customer information accurately in the CRM.
• Coordinate with doctors and support teams for smooth patient onboarding.
• Build trust and maintain professional relationships with patients.
• RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Healthcare, Ayurveda, or BPO Sales.
• Excellent Hindi communication skills (English is an advantage).
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
• Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
