Telecalling Executive

BS Kitchen Equipments is a leading manufacturer of commercial kitchen equipment. We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to generate business opportunities, connect with potential customers, and support our sales team.

• Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to restaurants, hotels, caterers, cloud kitchens, hospitals, schools, factories, and other commercial establishments.
• Generate qualified leads for commercial kitchen equipment sales.
• Explain the company's products and services professionally.
• Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM or Excel database.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (B2B experience preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computers.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• Experience in commercial kitchen equipment, hospitality, manufacturing, or industrial sales is an added advantage.
• QualificationMinimum 12th Pass.
• Graduate preferred.
• Salary₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
