Telecalling Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers, generating leads, explaining products/services, and maintaining regular follow-ups.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while communicating with customers.
• Requirements12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English preferred.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computers.
• Freshers can apply; prior telecalling/customer support/sales experience will be an advantage.
• Target-oriented and confident personality.
