Telecalling Executive

We are looking for an energetic and empathetic Counselling Sales Executive who can guide students/clients, understand their needs, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments/sales. The role combines counselling skills with sales abilities to achieve individual and team targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students/clients about courses, programs, or services based on their needs and interests

• Handle inbound and outbound calls

• Explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly and professionally about the programs/product.

• Follow up with leads and maintain a proper database of prospects

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, email tools)

• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
