Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Chattarpur, New Delhi

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month + Incentives

Experience: 0-4 years in Real Estate Telesales preferred.

Freshers with good communication can apply.

Work Type: Full-time, 6 days working

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Call leads from 99acres, Magicbricks, Housing.com, and company database.
• Telephonic Selling: Explain Capcloud’s real estate projects, plots/flats, pricing, location, and offers to prospective clients
• Fix Site Visits: Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the field sales team.
• Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with hot/warm leads till closure.
• CRM Updates: Update daily calls, feedback, and lead status in CRM/Excel.
• Target Based: Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call & visit fixation targets.

Skills & Requirements:

• Good verbal communication in Hindi & English
• Persuasive & convincing voice, should handle objections well 
• Basic knowledge of real estate terms like RERA, possession, EMI is a plus
• Graduate in any stream
• Local candidate from Chattarpur/South Delhi preferred
