Lead Generation: They are responsible for identifying and generating leads for the sales team. This involves researching potential clients and utilizing various methods to reach out to them

Record Keeping: Accurate documentation of customer interactions, sales orders, and follow-up actions is essential. Telesales executives maintain detailed records in customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track sales progress and customer preferences

Meeting Sales Targets: Telesales executives work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets set by their employer. This requires effective time management and the ability to handle a high volume of calls 

Product Knowledge: A thorough understanding of the products or services being sold is necessary. Telesales executives must be able to explain features, benefits, and pricing to customers effectively

Customer Service Orientation: A focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to handle objections gracefully are critical for success in this role interview

Problem-Solving Abilities: They should be able to address customer issues and provide suitable solutions

Interview Timings - Morning: 10am to 1pm

Evening: 3pm to 5pm
