Job Description
Virticom is hiring an experienced Telecaller / Business Development Executive for our AI-powered receptionist service for healthcare clinics (dental, IVF, hair transplant).
Your Role:
- Call clinics and clinic owners to introduce our AI receptionist service
- Fix demo meetings between interested clinic owners and our founder
- 40-50 calls per day with WhatsApp follow-ups
- You DO NOT close deals — only fix qualified demo meetings

Requirements:
- 1+ year telecalling / sales experience (insurance, edtech, pharma, loan — any sector)
- Good Hindi, basic English
- Confident, rejection-proof attitude

Salary: ₹12,000–15,000 fixed/month + strong incentives (₹300 per demo meeting fixed + ₹2,500 per closure). Good performers earn ₹20,000–25,000+.
