Job Description
We are seeking motivated and dynamic Telecaller to drive revenue, growth, identify new opportunities, and build lasting client
relationships. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and problem solving skills, with the ability to convert prospects into long term customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data Hunting to identify potential clients & business opportunities.
- Data Analysis and reporting using Excel to track leads,performance and market trends.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and prospects to ensure consistent engagement
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive client satisfaction and retention.
- Generate new leads through networking, and outreach activities.
- Handle both verbal and written Communication (Emails, calls, Whatsapp) with professionalism and clarity.
