Hiring: Female Telecaller (CRM Experience Preferred)
Ali Tour & Travels, Rampur में Umrah, Haj और Travel Services के लिए उत्साही एवं जिम्मेदार Female Telecaller की आवश्यकता है।
Job Responsibilities
- Umrah, Haj एवं Travel Leads पर कॉल करना।
- ग्राहकों को Umrah Packages की पूरी जानकारी देना।
- CRM में Lead Update एवं Follow-up करना।
- WhatsApp के माध्यम से ग्राहकों से संपर्क बनाए रखना।
- Customer Queries का सही एवं विनम्र तरीके से समाधान करना।
- Booking Confirmation एवं Documentation में सहायता करना।
- Monthly Booking Target पूरा करने के लिए टीम के साथ कार्य करना।
Eligibility
- Minimum Graduate
- अच्छा Communication Skill (Hindi/Urdu, Basic English)
- Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp)
- CRM Experience या Telecalling Experienced ho
