Telecaller

Finwizz Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. is urgently hiring Loan Sales Telecallers for handling loan sales operations for multiple Banks and NBFCs across Bihar and Jharkhand regions.

The candidate will be responsible for outbound and inbound calling, customer handling, loan lead generation, follow-up, sales conversion, and coordination with banks/NBFC partners for loan processing.

Candidates must possess good communication skills, sales ability, customer handling experience, and target achievement capability.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers for loan sales.

Explain loan products such as Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, LAP, Credit Card, and other banking products.

Generate leads and convert customers into successful loan applications.

Handle customer queries professionally.

Maintain daily follow-up and calling records.

Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Maintain customer database and CRM updates.

Support documentation and loan processing activities.
