About the RoleAscot Asia Academy is looking for confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Telecallers to connect with prospective students, understand their career goals, provide information about available courses, and guide them through the admission process.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective students from the provided database.
• Explain the academy's courses in Aviation, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, and other available programmes.
• Understand students' interests, qualifications, and career aspirations.
• Provide basic career guidance and encourage interested students to visit the academy for counselling.
• Follow up regularly with interested students and maintain accurate records of calls and leads.
• Schedule counselling sessions and coordinate with the admission team.
• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly admission targets.
• Maintain professional communication with students and parents.
• Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
• Ability to handle student queries professionally.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work towards targets.
• Freshers can apply; prior telecalling or counselling experience is an advantage.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Daily outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Number of interested and qualified leads generated.
• Counselling appointments scheduled.
• Student walk-ins and confirmed admissions.
• Monthly admission target achievement.

Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, disciplined, and comfortable communicating with students over the phone. The candidate should be focused on building relationships with prospective students and converting enquiries into admissions.
