Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident, polite, and motivated Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain company products and services, follow up with potential customers, and provide basic customer support. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to maintain positive customer relationships.

1. Roles & ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
2. Handle incoming customer calls and respond to their queries professionally.
3. Explain the company's products, services, and offers to customers.
4. Follow up with leads and interested customers to generate sales.
5. Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up status in the company database or CRM.
6. Coordinate with the sales and support teams to resolve customer issues.
7. Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and services.
8. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
9. Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.
10. Share customer feedback and daily calling reports with the reporting manager.

• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good listening, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
• Freshers can apply; prior telecalling or customer support experience will be an advantage.
