Job Overview:

We are hiring a Telecaller (Female) for a customer support and outbound calling role. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, explaining products/services, and supporting sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Handle inbound customer queries professionally
• Inform customers about company products, services, and offers
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain daily call and sales reports
• Update lead information in CRM/dialer systems

Skills Required:

• Outbound Calling
• Domestic BPO / Voice Process
• Customer Handling & Communication Skills
• Basic knowledge of call center operations 

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass or above
• Freshers can apply
• Good communication skills (Hindi/Basic English)
• Comfortable with calling and long phone hours
• Immediate joiners preferred
