Telecaller

Govinda Medicenter is seeking a dedicated and communicative Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling patient interactions over phone, ensuring smooth coordination of appointments, surgeries, and post-surgery support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Appointment Booking:
• Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently, ensuring proper time allocation and follow-ups.
• Surgery Booking:
• Coordinate with patients and internal medical teams to confirm and organize surgery schedules.
• Post-Surgery Coordination & Support:
• Maintain regular communication with patients after surgery, provide necessary guidance, and ensure a smooth recovery support process.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of healthcare processes (preferred)
• Ability to handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism
• Organized and detail-oriented approach
