Job Description
- Handle customer enquiries and RFQs.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations.
- Understand technical specifications, drawings, and customer requirements.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations and orders.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase, and Dispatch departments.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Visit customers when required for technical discussions and product presentations.
- Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
- Maintain daily sales reports and quotation records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.
