Job Description

✨ Key Responsibilities

- Recruit new Advisors and provide them with training and guidance.

- Manage your team and help improve its overall business performance.

💰 Monthly Payout

- ₹17,500 to ₹75,000 (Performance-Based)

- Additional commission of 9% to 30% on team business.


If you are a fresher, your journey will begin as an Insurance Advisor.

1. First, you need to clear the IRDAI examination.

2. After that, you need to sell 6 insurance policies to qualify for the Leadership role.

3. You will earn approximately 30% commission on the policies you sell.


Once you complete these requirements, you can progress towards a Leadership position with Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance.
