1. Recruitment and Developing the team.
2. Imparting product knowledge to the team.
3. Motivating the team to utilize max. potential of individuals.
4. Recognizing Team Members basis their performance with award and rewards.
5. Minimizing/reducing the arttrition rate
6. Mentoring the team to achieve the career goals processes and systems.
7. Adhering to companies’ policies
8. Ensuring implementation of SOP and company guidelines
9. Ensure timely claim submission and settlements

Submission of proposals:

* Analysing consumer’s financial needs

* Assisting team/consumers to select the best plans as per their needs

* Handling customers queries (if any)

 Ensuring timely login of proposals into the system with all the required documents.

Requirement: -

* Six days mandatory to understand the insurance sector and procure IRDA license

* People management skills

* Graduation degree
