Job Description

  1. About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to lead, motivate, and manage a team in the Ayurvedic industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Ayurvedic products, market dynamics, customer relationship management, and team handling capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, ensuring team productivity, and driving organizational growth.


Key Responsibilities


Team Management

  • Lead, guide, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Monitor daily performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for Ayurvedic products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.

Operational Management

  • Ensure smooth execution of sales and operational activities.
  • Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with relevant departments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Prepare and submit regular performance and sales reports.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Address customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and business partners.
  • Gather market feedback and competitor information for business improvement.

Experience

  • 3–7 years of experience in the Ayurvedic, or Healthcare industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and business targets. 

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales planning and business development expertise.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
