Job Description

  • Pick grocery, FMCG, personal care, and household products according to order lists.
  • Scan items using a handheld scanner or mobile application, where required.
  • Check product names, quantities, barcodes, and expiry dates.
  • Ensure products are not damaged, expired, or defective.
  • Pack items safely to prevent leakage, breakage, or damage.
  • Separate products according to handling requirements, such as fragile or temperature-sensitive items.
  • Label and organize packed orders for delivery partners.
  • Meet daily picking accuracy and productivity targets.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and the packing area.
  • Report missing, out-of-stock, damaged, or incorrect products to the supervisor.
  • Follow inventory, hygiene, safety, and standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinate with inventory staff, supervisors, and delivery partners for timely order dispatch.
