STORE & DISPATCH SUPERVISOR

Manage receipt, storage, and issue of raw materials, consumables, WIP, and finished goods.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock accuracy through regular stock verification.

Ensure FIFO/FEFO, proper material identification, and complete traceability.

Coordinate timely material supply to production to avoid line stoppages.

Plan and execute customer dispatches as per delivery schedules with correct documentation.

Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and compliance with customer-specific requirements.

Monitor warehouse housekeeping (5S), safety, and efficient space utilization.

Supervise and develop store and dispatch personnel.

Maintain ERP transactions and inventory-related records accurately.

Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, PPC, and Logistics for smooth operations.

Support internal, customer, and certification audits by maintaining compliance with company procedures and IATF 16949 requirements.

Drive continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency, inventory control, and delivery performance.
