Job Description:
We are looking for a Site Supervisor to manage our team deployed at a warehouse site. The candidate will be responsible for supervising Operators and Helpers, monitoring waste-management machine operations, maintaining attendance and shift reports, coordinating with the client team, and reporting machine issues to the service/engineering team.
Responsibilities:
- Operator & Helper team ko supervise karna
- 12-hour shift operations manage karna
- Machine operation aur daily work monitoring
- Attendance & daily production/work report maintain karna
- Machine breakdown/issues ke liye Engineer se coordination
- Client/warehouse team ke saath coordination
- Safety, discipline & housekeeping ensure karna
- Proper shift handover maintain karna
Experience: 2–3 Years
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate / Electronics Background
Shift: 12 Hours, Rotational
Job Type: Full Time
