Site Billing Engineer - Civil

Duties/Responsibilities:·        Responsible for study of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) as per specifications and taking out quantities from drawings.

·        Preparation and Certification of RA bills.

·        Responsible for verification of certified RA bills

·        Identification and preparation of extra -items.

·        Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement of building material.

·        Estimating and costing

·        Rate Analysis

·        Preparation and certification bar bending schedule

·        Back to back sub-contractor billing

 Required Skills/Abilities: ·     

   Thorough understanding of civil engineering principles, practices, and tools.

·        Proficient in computer-assisted design (CAD) and other design, data recording, and analyzation software.

·        Thorough understanding of safety regulations related to assigned projects.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·        Experience in Pre-Engineered Building(PEB) preferred.
