Senior Telecalling Officer

Position Telecaller (Female Only) Fixed Salary

Salary ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on Experience)

• Job Responsibilities Make outbound and receive inbound calls.
• Communicate effectively with prospective clients in Hindi and English.
• Explain company services professionally and answer customer queries.
• Generate and follow up on leads.
• Maintain call records and update customer information.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
• Eligibility Female candidates only.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
• Telecalling, customer service, sales, or BPO experience is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
