Job Description

Senior Telecaller 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding insurance products and policies.
  • Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, renewals, and other details.
  • Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
  • Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain daily call records and sales reports.
  • Achieve monthly sales and calling targets.
  • Guide and support junior telecallers when required.
  • Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.


Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Sales and convincing ability.
  • Customer-handling skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Prior experience in insurance/telecalling preferred.
