Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle and convert qualified leads generated by our Telecalling Team
- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable secured loan products
- Drive sales for Loan Against Property (LAP), Home Loans, OD & CC Limits
- Manage the complete sales cycle: Lead → Meeting → Login → Sanction → Disbursement
- Regularly follow up with customers and maximize lead conversion
- Achieve monthly sales, login, sanction and disbursement targets
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal & Technical teams
- Generate additional business through DSAs, connectors, referrals and market sourcing
- Maintain daily follow-up and sales MIS
