Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Business Development Executive to handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into successful business opportunities. This is a B2B sales role where customers approach us through various channels, and the executive will guide them through the sales process via phone calls, video meetings, WhatsApp, and chat support.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a passion for consultative selling.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming sales inquiries from potential B2B clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Sell Digital Standees, Interactive Kiosks, Branding Materials, Decor Items, Interior & Exterior Fabrication Projects, and related products.
  • Conduct sales discussions through phone calls, video calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
  • Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to convert leads into orders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and customer updates.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and generate repeat business.
  • Update CRM and maintain proper records of leads and sales activities.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
  • Requirements1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Tele Sales, or Customer Handling.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Comfortable handling customers over calls, video meetings, and chat platforms.
  • Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and CRM tools.
  • Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
