Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior Tele Calling Sales Executive / Sales Manager for handling Inbound B2B & B2C Sales Enquiries generated through IndiaMART Seller Portal and other sales channels.

The candidate should have experience in customer handling, sales conversion, email communication, quotation preparation, procurement coordination and complete order processing.



Key Responsibilities:• Handle inbound buyer enquiries and calls from IndiaMART Seller Portal

• Manage B2B & B2C customer enquiries and sales opportunities

• Communicate with customers through calls and professional emails

• Understand customer technical and commercial requirements

• Provide product information and suitable solutions

• Prepare and coordinate Price Quotations with internal team

• Handle customer follow-ups for quotation approval and order confirmation

• Coordinate for Procurement Process as per customer requirements

• Prepare / understand Proforma Invoice (PI) process

• Manage complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to dispatch

• Maintain customer database, lead status and follow-up reports

• Update IndiaMART Seller Panel & Google Sheets regularly

• Coordinate with procurement, accounts and dispatch team for order execution

• Maintain professional communication with corporate and individual customers



Required Skills & Experience:Mandatory:

✅ Hands-on experience with IndiaMART Seller Panel

✅ Experience in handling inbound sales enquiries

✅ Strong B2B & B2C sales/customer handling experience

✅ Professional email communication skills

✅ Knowledge of quotation & order processing

Candidate Should Have:• Good communication skills in Hindi & English

• Professional email drafting skills

• Knowledge of customer follow-up process

• Understanding of Price Negotiation & Sales Closing

• Basic knowledge of Procurement Process

• Knowledge of Price Quotation & Proforma Invoice preparation

• Ability to handle multiple enquiries simultaneously

• Target-oriented sales approach



Experience Required:Minimum 3–8 Years Experience in:

• Tele Sales / Inside Sales

• B2B & B2C Sales

• Industrial Product Sales

• IndiaMART Lead Management

• Customer Relationship Management

• Klüber Greases & Lubricants

• OKS Industrial Lubricants

• Molykote Specialty Greases

Ideal Candidate Profile:We are looking for a sales professional who can independently handle customer enquiries, communicate professionally, understand requirements, coordinate internally and convert opportunities into successful orders.

This is a sales closing role, not only a calling role.

IndiaMART Seller Portal Experience is Mandatory. (If Possible).
