Job Description
- Handle daily data entry and updates in the company’s ERP system.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, consignments, deliveries, pickups, and dispatches, Air Connection.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to Air logistics operations
- Update shipment status, POD (Proof of Delivery), and other operational information in the ERP
- Coordinate with Air operations, warehouse, transport, and customer service teams to collect and verify data
- Ensure data accuracy and timely completion of all ERP entries
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with operations departments for corrections
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and operational requirements
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis as required
