Job Description
- Expertise in Busy Accounting Software: Utilize your expertise in using Busy Accounting Software to manage and record financial transactions, ensuring data integrity and adherence to best practices.
- GST Computation: Accurately calculate and prepare Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns on a regular basis, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Monthly Expense Tracking: Maintain an organized record of monthly expenses, verifying and reconciling expense reports, receipts, and invoices.
- Sales and Purchase Invoices: Enter and process sales and purchase invoices into the accounting system with meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Maintenance of Accounts Files: Organize and maintain physical and digital files related to accounts, invoices, receipts, and financial documentation.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and summaries as required by management or regulatory bodies.
- Reconciliation: Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data and identify any discrepancies.
- Assistance in Audits: Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits to provide necessary documentation and support.
- Process Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting procedures.
