Job Description

  1. कंपनी के मुख्य गेट पर आने-जाने वाले व्यक्तियों की निगरानी करना।
  2. आगंतुकों (Visitors) की एंट्री एवं एग्जिट का रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना।
  3. कर्मचारियों एवं वाहनों की एंट्री/एग्जिट की जांच करना।
  4. कंपनी की संपत्ति, मशीनों एवं परिसर की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करना।
  5. ड्यूटी के दौरान नियमित रूप से परिसर का निरीक्षण (Patrolling) करना।
  6. किसी भी संदिग्ध व्यक्ति, गतिविधि या घटना की तुरंत सूचना वरिष्ठ अधिकारी को देना।
  7. आपातकालीन स्थिति (जैसे आग, दुर्घटना, चोरी आदि) में तुरंत आवश्यक कार्रवाई करना एवं संबंधित अधिकारी को सूचित करना।
  8. कंपनी के सुरक्षा नियमों एवं निर्देशों का पालन करना।
  9. गेट पास, सामग्री की आवक-जावक (Material Inward/Outward) की जांच करना।
  10. ड्यूटी के दौरान अनुशासन बनाए रखना तथा निर्धारित यूनिफॉर्म एवं आई-कार्ड पहनना।
  11. ड्यूटी के समय मोबाइल का अनावश्यक उपयोग न करना।
  12. ड्यूटी हैंडओवर एवं टेकओवर सही तरीके से करना और सभी आवश्यक जानकारी अगले गार्ड को देना।
