Job Description:

• Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and business growth.
• Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and mentorship.
• Conduct regular field visits to support sales activities and strengthen customer relationships.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve escalated customer concerns.
• Drive adoption and awareness of Heraldebike electric two-wheelers across assigned territories.
