Sales Team Leader

Job Title: Team Leader – Sales (Personal Loan & Overdraft)

Location: A70, First Floor, Sector 2, Noida (Near Sector 15 Metro Station)

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives.

- Drive sales of Personal Loan and Overdraft products.

- Monitor daily team performance and achieve sales targets.

- Conduct team briefings, training, and performance reviews.

- Support team members in lead conversion and customer handling.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and banking guidelines.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

- Coordinate with management to improve sales strategies and productivity.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Personal Loans, Overdrafts, or Banking products.

- Prior team handling experience is preferred.

- Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.

- Target-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
