Sales & Marketing Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Trainee Operations Manager to join our Delhi team. This role is designed to build future operations leaders by providing hands-on experience in managing day-to-day operations, improving processes, and ensuring efficient business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning
• Monitor key performance metrics and assist in achieving operational targets
• Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, supply chain, and customer service
