About the Company

Ecomlens is building a one-stop digital platform for ecommerce sellers, retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, and small businesses.

Our goal is to provide simple tools that solve everyday business problems without requiring users to manage multiple apps, complicated dashboards, or Excel sheets.

The platform will include tools such as:

  • Profit and settlement tracking across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and other marketplaces
  • Product and SKU-level profitability analysis
  • Return, shipping, commission, penalty, and marketplace fee tracking
  • Shipping-label cropping and resizing for thermal printers
  • Bulk label processing and sorting by SKU or courier partner
  • PDF tools to merge, compress, split, rotate, resize, and organize business documents
  • Invoice and quotation generation
  • Automated invoice and payment reminders through WhatsApp, email, and phone calls
  • Customer, order, payment, expense, and inventory management
  • Reports for accounting, GST, bookkeeping, and CAs
  • AI-powered business insights in English and Indian languages

These types of operational tools are commonly used by marketplace sellers to prepare shipping labels, organize bulk dispatches, and process business documents more efficiently.

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive who can connect with business owners, understand their daily challenges, introduce them to the right tools, and help us acquire and onboard early customers.

  • Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with ecommerce sellers, retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, and other small businesses.
  • Generate leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, online seller communities, referrals, and local business networks.
  • Understand how businesses currently manage invoices, payments, orders, shipping labels, marketplace settlements, and profitability.
  • Explain our products in simple language based on the customer’s actual requirements.
  • Demonstrate tools such as invoice generation, payment reminders, marketplace profit tracking, label processing, and business reporting.
  • Schedule product demos and help interested customers complete onboarding.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into active users or paying customers.
  • Collect feedback about existing tools and identify new problems that our platform can solve.
  • Maintain records of leads, calls, follow-ups, demos, customer requirements, and conversions.
  • Build relationships with ecommerce consultants, accountants, CAs, agencies, resellers, and seller communities.
  • Help promote the platform through WhatsApp groups, social media, online communities, and direct outreach.
  • Work closely with the founders and product team to improve the product based on real customer feedback.
  • Candidate Requirements Good communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners through phone calls and WhatsApp.
  • Fluent or comfortable in Hindi. Basic English is sufficient.
  • Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Shopify, or ecommerce operations is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, telecalling, business development, ecommerce, SaaS, fintech, or accounting software is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of invoices, payments, shipping, returns, marketplace fees, or business operations is helpful.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, email, social media, and basic online tools.
  • Able to understand a customer’s problem and explain the right solution clearly.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently from home.
  • Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills can also apply.
