Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound leads received from IndiaMART, Justdial, and other company platforms.
• Contact prospective customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversions.
• Prepare and share quotations with customers.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Undergraduate (Freshers can apply).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong customer handling and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
