Summary:We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive with experience in the residential construction, villa projects, or real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing leads, coordinating appointments with homeowners, villa owners, builders, and developers, and conducting regular follow-ups to support business development and order closure.
- Key Responsibilities:Sort and categorize leads received from field executives and update them in Excel.
- Schedule appointments with homeowners, villa owners, builders, and developers for the technical team.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads and support order conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of customers and leads in Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams and build strong relationships with clients and builders.
- Assist in business development for residential building and villa projects.
