Job Description (JD)

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team and drive property sales growth. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential/commercial projects.
  • Generate and follow up on leads from various marketing channels.
  • Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to successfully close deals.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Required Skills strong sales and negotiation skills.

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
