Job Description
Job Profile : Sales Counsellor
Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 (Based On Interview)
Location : Dwarka , New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
* Convert inquiries into consultations and treatment cycles.
* Counsel patients on IVF procedures, pricing, and treatment options.
* Build relationships with gynecologists, hospitals, and referral partners.
* Maintain leads and follow-ups through CRM and Google Sheets.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of sales experience; IVF or healthcare sales experience preferred.
* Strong communication, counseling, and negotiation skills.
* Empathetic, patient-centric, and target-driven approach.
* Willingness to travel for field visits and events.
* Knowledge of fertility treatments is an added advantage.
