Job Description
We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive responsible for handling customer communication and sales conversion. The candidate will manage calls, follow-ups, and client coordination to achieve monthly business targets. Company-provided leads will be assigned for calling and conversion. Responsibilities include explaining company services/products, maintaining customer relationships, updating sales records, and ensuring timely follow-ups with leads. Candidates should have good communication and convincing skills, basic computer knowledge, and a target-oriented mindset. Hindi communication is mandatory, while English communication is preferred. The role requires professionalism, discipline, and the ability to work in a performance-driven environment. Training will be provided during the initial onboarding period along with performance-based incentives and growth opportunities. This is a full-time target-based role for candidates interested in building a career in sales and business development.
