Job Title: Relationship Manager – (Males Only)


Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 + Attractive Incentives + Conveyance (Depends on Interview)

Working Days: 6 Days Working

Weekly Off: Wednesday (Fixed)

 

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their property needs, and guiding them through the entire buying process. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for sales, this is a great opportunity to grow in the real estate industry.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties

• Conduct property presentations and arrange site visits with potential buyers

• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales

• Maintain and update client database in CRM regularly

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure long-term customer satisfaction

• Generate referrals and repeat business from existing clients

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth deal closures

 

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Good knowledge of the real estate market and property sales
