Job Description
FOR DIRECT CHANNEL:
a) Educate the Customer about the product.
b) Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
c) Close the leads assigned by the call centre team.
d) Activation of Maximize and Daily follow up and lead updating in Maximize.
e) Customer servicing and collection of Renewals.
f) Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
