Job Title: Sales Executive(B2B – Industrial / Bulk Sales)

Experience: 1-3 years in manufacturing/trading/FMCG/B2B sales domain.

Location: Pitampura

Job Type: Full-time

 

Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive who can actively identify, approach, and close deals with large clients, bulk buyers, and industrial customers.



Key Responsibilities:

                   •                Identify and connect with large-scale clients, factories, distributors, and bulk buyers

                   •                Conduct cold calling, field visits, and direct client meetings

                   •                Pitch products with a focus on bulk requirements and long-term supply

                   •                Negotiate pricing and close high-value B2B deals

                   •                Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

                   •                Expand business through repeat orders and referrals

                   •                Coordinate with operations for smooth order execution



Requirements:

                   •                2–5 years experience in B2B / industrial / bulk sales

                   •                Strong ability to approach and convert big clients

                   •                Confident in negotiation and deal closing

                   •                Comfortable with field work and client visits



Ideal Candidate:

·       Someone who is not afraid of big deals, big clients, and big targets

·       Education: BBA / B.Com / MBA (Sales & Marketing) or equivalent.

·       Technical Skills:

o Expert in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) for pipeline and lead management.

o Strong knowledge of sales reporting, MIS, and performance dashboards.

o Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office for presentations and reporting.

·       Salary: Fixed Salary + Incentives
