Job Description
- ob ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business leads and identify potential customers.
- Contact customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and other platforms.
- Explain company products and machinery to prospective customers.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations and pending orders.
- Maintain customer relationships and coordinate with the internal team.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with customers regarding payments and order status.
- Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email and WhatsApp).
- Customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Sales or marketing experience will be preferred; freshers can also apply.
