About the Role

Superweld Ecosolutions is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing wastewater-treatment business.

You will sell our specialised bioculture and wastewater-treatment products to hotels, industries, wastewater companies and other B2B customers.

You do not need prior wastewater-treatment knowledge. We will provide comprehensive training in wastewater treatment, basic science, customer problem identification and our products.

What You Will Do

• Handle enquiries received through IndiaMART, YouTube, referrals and other sources.

• Speak with customers over the phone and visit and understand their requirements.

• Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into business.

• Develop new customers through calling, networking and online research.

• Visit customer sites across Delhi NCR, approximately 2–3 times per week.

• Understand basic STP/ETP operations and customer wastewater problems.

• Learn Superweld products and understand which solution may be suitable for a customer's problem.

• Maintain customer information and follow-ups in our excel sheets and CRM software.

• Prepare clear reports after customer visits.

• Coordinate with the technical team whenever technical assistance is required.

• Build long-term relationships with customers and provide good customer service.

Growth Opportunity

You will receive in-depth training in wastewater treatment and technical sales and will have a 2 month learning and ramp-up period.

Our objective is to develop you into an independent technical salesperson capable of managing customers and generating ₹5 lakh+ monthly business over time.
