Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and follow up with prospective customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries professionally.
• Explain company products/services, offers, and benefits.
• Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and follow-ups.
• Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.

Product Knowledge & Sales Pitching:

• Candidate should have knowledge of PL (Personal Loan), BL (Business Loan), Overdraft (OD), and HL (Home Loan) and should be confident in pitching these products to customers, understanding their requirements, generating leads, and converting enquiries into sales.
• Candidate should also be able to learn and pitch any new loan or insurance-related products introduced by the company.
• Customer Queries: Candidate should be able to understand and resolve customer queries related to loan and insurance products, provide accurate information, and escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.

Requirements

• 12th pass or Graduate.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Hindi and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Comfortable making frequent phone calls.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Previous telecalling/customer-service experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.
