Job Description

  • Sales & Business DevelopmentGenerate leads through various channels, including field activities, referrals, digital platforms, and existing customer databases.
  • Promote and sell loan products such as Personal Loans, Payday Loans, Salary Loans, and other financial products.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Customer AcquisitionContact potential customers through calls, meetings, and field visits.
  • Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.
  • Assist customers in completing loan applications and documentation.
  • Ensure timely submission of customer documents for processing.
  • Relationship ManagementMaintain regular follow-ups with prospects to maximize conversions.
  • Address customer queries and concerns professionally.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Develop long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Process ComplianceVerify customer information and documents before submission.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Customer Support teams for smooth loan processing.
  • Reporting & MISUpdate daily sales reports and activity trackers.
  • Monitor lead status and conversion rates.
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding sales performance.
