Job Description
Generate leads through calling, references.
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Sell Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Working Capital, OD/CC, and other banking products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.
Ensure complete documentation and smooth loan disbursement.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers until loan disbursement.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and referral partners.
Stay updated with banking policies, interest rates, and competitor offerings.
